Bringing 15 years of commercial real estate development and brokerage experience, J.Q. joined the Providence Group as a Partner in Providence Group Capital in 2016 after working with MPV Properties and its predecessor companies. He is a native Charlottean and a graduate of Sewanee where he received a BS in Natural Resources. His commercial experience includes development, site selection, land assemblages, tenant representation, landlord leasing, and program roll out. J.Q. has developed commercial projects in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Texas, Illinois, California and British Columbia. J.Q.’s market knowledge and comprehensive understanding of real estate development have proven to be valuable assets to clients and investors.
