Bringing 23 years of commercial real estate development and brokerage experience, Eric joined the Providence Group as a Partner in Providence Group Capital in late 2016, after working with MPV Properties for twelve years and Core Properties before that for ten years. Eric is a native of Charlotte and a graduate of the College of Charleston. His commercial experience has included development, new store rollout programs for retailers, landlord leasing in addition to tenant representation. Eric has developed commercial projects and/or brokered commercial transactions in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Washington D.C., Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and British Columbia. His knowledge of multiple markets and aspects of commercial real estate over the last 23 years has created a strong benefit to clients and investors.
