New South End Multifamily Community
Providence Group Capital partners with Hanover Company on New South End Multifamily Community
Charlotte based Providence Group Capital and Houston based Hanover Company have partnered on a new multifamily community to be built in the South End neighborhood of Charlotte, North Carolina.
The community will be on the block bound by S. Tryon, Dunavant, and Distribution Streets. Providence Group Capital assembled six parcels totaling approximately 4.1 acres and selected Hanover to partner with on this project. Providence Group Capital was represented on this transaction by Hunter Barron and Travis Anderson from JLL’s Capital Markets Group in Charlotte.
